Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They govern your use of the services provided at Silba Digi. By accessing our service or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Use & Risk

  • Account Responsibility: You are permitted one registered account. Using multiple accounts is considered a breach of our “Fair Use” policy and may lead to account deactivation.
  • User Caution: As with all internet-based services, exercise caution regarding personal information. Silba Digi is not liable for unreliable or misleading behavior by third parties.
  • Communication: We will communicate via the email address provided at registration. Notices are deemed received once the email is sent or posted on our platform.

2. Registration & Security

  • Confidentiality: Your User Name and Password are personal. Do not share them. Silba Digi is not liable for unauthorized account access due to password sharing.
  • Accuracy: You guarantee that all information provided is truthful and complete. You agree to indemnify Silba Digi against any loss resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

3. Restrictions & Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.
  • Use the service for illegal, immoral, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Use information gathered from Silba Digi for unsolicited bulk emails (spam).
  • Create software that mimics the functionality of the Silba Digi platform.

4. Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: Silba Digi provides services with reasonable care but on an “as is” basis.
  • External Sites: We are not responsible for the content, security, or transactions of third-party websites linked through our service.
  • Service Continuity: We do not warrant that the service will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for failures caused by unforeseen events (Force Majeure), such as internet outages, fire, or acts of God.

5. Price & Payment

  • Currency: Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), or local currency based on your location.
  • Accepted Methods: Payments via PayPal, Crypto (BTC), and other regional methods are accepted at our discretion.
  • Availability: We cannot guarantee that a product will always be in stock. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be re-credited.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, once a code has been viewed or redeemed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are possible if:
    1. The product is not delivered within 2 hours of payment.
    2. The product is out of stock and won’t be available within 2 hours.
    3. The code is proven to be invalid/defective and no replacement is available.
  • No refunds for: User dissatisfaction, failure to meet hardware system requirements, or failure to read the product description/region restrictions.
  • Resolution Time: We reserve up to 48 hours to verify errors before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Fraud & Limitations

Silba Digi employs strict anti-fraud measures. If fraud is detected:

  • The account will be disabled immediately.
  • Order details will be forwarded to the relevant legal authorities.
  • New Customer Limits: New accounts may be limited to 3 orders within a 45-day period and 3 items per checkout.

To the extent permitted by law, Silba Digi disclaims all warranties regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of data, profit, or damage to computer systems resulting from product use.
