1. The Digital Guarantee
- Activation Status: Once a digital key has been viewed or activated, it is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Faulty Keys: If a key is proven to be faulty, we will provide a working replacement or a full refund.
- Verification Process: To resolve issues with a code, please provide a detailed description and screenshots. Note that coordination with suppliers may take a few days to finalize a resolution.
2. Long-Term Protection
- 365-Day Guarantee: We offer a full-year guarantee against malfunctions or defects caused by the manufacturer.
- Post-Activation Support: If technical issues arise after a successful activation, our team will assist you as much as possible; however, specific software bugs should be addressed with the manufacturer directly.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- Before Processing: If you need to cancel an order before the key is delivered, please contact us immediately.
- Change of Mind: For cancellations due to user error or a change of mind, a small processing fee from the payment provider may apply.
- Pre-Orders: Refunds for pre-ordered products are only available before the code has been dispatched to prevent fraud.
- Fraud Prevention: Silba Digi reserves the right to cancel and fully refund any orders suspected of being fraudulent or suspicious.
4. Important Limitations
- Product Enjoyment: We do not offer refunds based on personal preference or “lack of satisfaction” once a code is activated.
- Account Linking: Once a code is linked to your personal account (Microsoft, Steam, etc.), the order cannot be reversed.
